1. The service
Impro is a macOS application that transcribes conversations on your Mac and suggests spoken lines using an AI model through your own API key. It is provided by Sergei Filkov, a sole proprietor established in the country of Georgia.
2. Subscription and license
Impro is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription (Starter or Pro). Your license key unlocks Impro on one Mac at a time for as long as the subscription is active. It is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared. You may unlink the Mac to move to another. Each plan includes a monthly number of listening minutes (Starter 300, Pro 1 500), counted while Impro is listening; unused minutes do not roll over. Replies are also rate-limited to what a live conversation needs. We may adjust the model behind a plan to keep quality and cost in balance.
2a. Free trial
Yearly plans start with a free trial that ends after 7 days or 60 listening minutes, whichever comes first. A payment method is required; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before. You may end the trial early and start the paid plan from the app. One trial per person and per Mac.
3. Restrictions
Do not reverse-engineer the licensing, resell keys, or use Impro where recording or assistance is prohibited by law, an employer, an exam board, or the other party's reasonable expectations. Some jurisdictions require the consent of all parties before a conversation is transcribed; you are responsible for complying.
4. Purchases and payment
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. Prices are shown before checkout; taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from "Manage subscription" in the app; access continues to the end of the paid period.

6. Updates
Updates are delivered through the app. We may change or discontinue features.
7. AI output
Suggested lines are generated by a third-party model and may be wrong. You decide what you say. Impro is not responsible for the content of your conversations or their outcome.
8. Privacy

9. Disclaimer of warranties
Impro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
11. Termination
We may revoke a license obtained by fraud, chargeback, or in breach of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Consumers keep the protections of their home jurisdiction.
